FAQ

Your space looks tailored to web developers. I’m an accountant, can I become a member?
Although we do cater to technologists and designer/creative types, we welcome all kinds of workers that can find synergy with the other members. That said, if you’re a professional fire juggler or trumpet player…our space is most likely not appropriate for you to practice your craft.

Coworking still sounds pretty foreign. Is it very common?
We totally understand. Coworking has been an emerging phenomenon since around 2007, and gaining adoption around the world daily. Even corporations are seeing its benefits and beginning to pay for coworking bills for their remote employees. Google “coworking” and follow this growing trend!

Your space can be so much cooler. Can I suggest something?
Totally! This space and community is for our members, and defined by members. In fact, one of our members had an idea for a simple cereal bar, and charge members just enough to cover the costs of cereal. We loved it and implemented the idea! If you have a cool idea, let us know and we may even help you make it happen.

Why wouldn’t I just lease my own space?
Well, for one, part of coworking is all the productivity benefits gained by working in an environment with other coworkers. The other reality is that office space is expensive. With coworking, you are sharing the resources and costs of having an office. If you have 3 or more employees, we’d say it might be worth looking at leasing your own space. If you’re working alone or with a partner, coworking can definitely save you the costs associated with setting up your own office.
